Every year International Finance faculty attracts students not only with a high quality of education, but also with the special atmosphere of student life. The opportunity to study and interact with a large number of foreign and exchange students studying under the programs of "double diploma" and "included education", with international students' projects and trips, and conferences and discussion platforms, are all incentives for IFF students.
Here at IFF we are passionate about SCIENCE. Nevertheless, we love holidays with concerts and lively festivals, and in summer we have a rest during thematic trips. Student Council (student self-government body) and the Student Scientific Society works within the framework of the faculty.
Congratulations to our successful and hardworking student, Dolgyh Anastasia, a 1st year student in the master degree program. Ms Dolgyh took part in the President's scholarship for studying abroad in the academic year 2015/2016 and was chosen by the commission of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation as one of the winners. We wish her to study productively and have successful international networking!
The students of our faculty make new scientific records. During the first half-a-year of studying only Grigor'eva Kristina, 1st year student of master degree program, took part in the scientific-practical conference "Management of small and medium business" in Sevastopol. Here her successes won the first place prize. In addition, she took part in the International scientific-practical conference that focused on the "Improvement of accounting and analytical support for the management of business entities (became one of the winners), published several articles (including one in the WAC-listed journal) and participated in the CFA Investment Research team, competing with 8 other selected for participation teams from different universities. Also Grigorieva Kristina is the head of the group and an excellent role model for all current and future IFF students.
Our students are very active in sporting events and have been successful in winning and representing IFF. Lapenkov Vyacheslav, a student of the 1st year master degree program, is KMS in swimming, Former captain of the FU's team, took part in the French Championship in swimming among students in 2013, and won a prize! Congratulations!
Our students are constantly trying to improve professionally, despite high workload. Irina Zemskova, a 1st year student of the IFF master's degree, took part in the CFA Investment Research competition as a part of the team, competing with eight other selected teams. Irina Zemskoya is an example of one of our hard working students who is taking different opportunities to succeed in her studies and further her career skills.
