Russian Municipal Academy All-Russia Community Organization is a community association that unites scholars and municipal management practitioners who aim at achieving the goals set in the Academy Charter. The Academy's goal is to coordinate efforts made by the Academy and other academies, universities, community organizations, economic entities and scholars in solving problems described in the Academy Charter, mission statement and Academy programs.
