​Anton G. Siluanov

Academic Adviser and Dean of the Faculty, Doctor of Economics, Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, Member of the Academic Council of the Financial University

Graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Economics of the Moscow Financial Institute in 1985, majored in Finance and Lending. Upon graduation, worked for the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.

  • 1997 – 2003 - Head of the Department of Macroeconomic Policy and Banking, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation   
  • 2003 – 2004, 2005-2011 - Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation
  • On 16 December 2011, he was appointed Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.

He was awarded the Order For Merit to the Fatherland IV class and Medal of the Order 1st class. 

​Olga A. Polyakova

First Deputy Dean, PhD (Economics), Associate Professor at the Department of Public Finance, Member of the Academic Council of the Financial University, Graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Economics of the Moscow Financial Institute.  Since 1989, has been a staff member of the Department of Finance at the Financial University.

  • 2011 – 2013 - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Financial Management.
  • 2013 – 2014 - First Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Economics.
  • 2014 – Certificate of Merit of the President of the Russian Federation.
  • 2017 – Honored Worker of Education of the Russian Federation.
  • 2017 – Letter of Commendation of the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation

Deputy Dean for Research and International Cooperation, PhD (Economics), Associate Professor at the Department of Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance

  • 2000-2007 -  postgraduate student (off-site mode) at the Department of Risk Analysis and Economic Security of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
  • 2009 -2014 - Has been employed by the Department of Financial Management of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation   
  • Has been employed by the Department of Corporate Finance  and Corporate Governance of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation since 2014.
