Our Faculty trains experts who could work in a global corporate environment and use the knowledge and skills when handling issues in marketing and financial management, human resources management and corporate management. 
Many graduates of our Faculty use their networking opportunities to establish business contacts with multinational corporations' representatives and become employed by the companies after graduation. They have the knowledge and skills that are necessary to occupy the positions in the companies.

Arkadiy Trachuk, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Department of Strategic and Crisis Management, Professor, Head, Department of Management, Director-General of Goznak Federal State Unitary Enterprise (since 2002), Scientific Advisor of the Faculty; member, Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation; Editor-in-Chief, Effektivnoye antikrizisnoye upravleniye (Efficient crisis management) journal  

Born in November, 1966. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation in 1989 and from the Voznesensky Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics in 1991.

Has a large managerial experience gained in the energy and banking sector.   

His research interests include strategic management, entrepreneurship, modern business models in financial and real sectors, natural monopolies' functioning and development prospects.   

Has been awarded with the Order of Honor.

Elena Arsenova, Dean of the Faculty, PhD (Economics), Professor, Department of Management, Department of Strategic and Crisis Management, Distinguished Worker of Higher Education

Has 35+ years' work experience in research and didactics. Author of more than 100 works. Her research interests include business economics, labor incentives, labor relations, social aspects in crisis management, innovations management and entrepreneurship, digital economy issues.

Is involved in applied research at the Department of Management.
